Philmore’s systematic deep drive to learn new things, and his in-depth knowledge for the technical side of life, have allowed him to step into the television production space, overseeing Bia Productions’ Engineering & technology needs and not miss a beat!
With over twenty successful years in the IT space with multiple record-breaking projects completed, Philmore has a project and IT accomplishment list that would be the envy of anyone in the IT space. As Chief Technical Officer for a multi-company (& multi-industry) group, the founder of his own IT solutions company (The Donnington Group), the voluntary tech support to his children’s school, and as our chief engineer, he keeps busy (to say the least!). Philmore thrives on accomplishing feats many think impossible. He dives into projects headfirst, tirelessly researching and implementing variations of potential solutions – to get everything ‘perfect’.
Though his jobs have him busy almost 24/7, Philmore enjoys reading, especially about quantum physics, artificial intelligence and on advances in the tech world. A robust round of spirited discourse on any meaningful topic (whether politics, AI, quantum physics – to name a few) brings him great delight. Philmore’s expertise and ‘perfectionist’ nature, and his diplomatic skills ensure that Bia Productions’ events and video programs are always top tier, even as a startup company.
Kadene Chambers is the Founder and creative force behind Bia Productions. Her illustrious background is a successful fusion of media sales and marketing, event management and psychology. Kadene has over 20 years in the media industry, specifically in advertising, marketing, and content production, and over fifteen years in event management. She couples her extensive professional skills with her formal training in psychology (bachelor’s and master’s degrees), which give unrivalled insight in understanding the needs of her audience.
Kadene truly enjoys the opportunity to be creative. She is passionate about creating events and content. Conceptualizing and planning events and shows, watching them take shape and yield desired results for her team, partners, and audience is profoundly fulfilling for her. As our Founder, and chief strategist, Kadene’s people skills are supreme. She attributes this to her study of psychology, as well as to the many roles she has played,and grown in, over her career (from Sales Executive, Radio Producer, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Psychologist, Guest Psychology Lecturer). For her, people come first. Her team, and audience and their well-being are always foremost in her mind.
Kadene enjoys public speaking, listening to music, deep meaningful conversations (hence hosting Beneath the Surface), and is an avid reader. Her passion and drive are the lifeforce of Bia Productions. Kadene truly breathes and embodies our company’s core value ‘Propelling the Pursuit of Purposeful Living’.
Aubrey Campbell has been a Media and Marketing Consultant and events coordinator/manager, having worked in media and communications, across several platforms in Jamaica (1979-87), and in the USA since 1991. In addition to being key in Bia Productions’ sponsorship endeavors, Aubrey currently works as an Advertising Coordinator & Features Writer with the Gleaner Company/USA, the oldest and largest daily, news publication in the Caribbean and two (2) weekly publications (tabloid) serving North America. Aubrey has also served as the Information Attache for the Jamaican government news service (JIS), and was based at the Jamaican Consulate, NYC.
When he is not organizing sponsorship deals for Bia Productions, Aubrey is producing/presenting THE POWER HOUR, a weekly, one-hour talk show on Radio Station WSNR, 620 AM, www.radio620am.com.
Aubrey is the founder/executive director of the Montego Bay ‘Comets’ Athletics Club, a not-for-profit organization giving youth hope and opportunity through sports, in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Aubrey is a married (wife Ameryia), father of one, son Tremaine, and loves sports, sports management, music and travel.
Monique Whitfield the consummate organizer. Her skills have been honed through years spent as a radio producer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications Arts and Technology and a master’s degree in Workforce Training and Education.
Monique takes pride in her work in ensuring that inspiring and educational content is imparted to our viewers through our shows. Her skills and drive make her an invaluable asset to the Bia team.
In her spare time, Monique enjoys sharing life’s experiences with the people around her, she spends time understanding the intricacies of life (another reason she is so great at her job!) and simply having fun. She is also member of Toastmasters International and an avid public speaker.
Juliane Robinson has over fifteen years of excellence in the production industry. She worked for acable channel as a Producer, for over 10 years and later as the Production Manager for a digital media company. Juliane has extensive expertise in managing and producing live events, as well as delayed broadcasts and series productions.
With her efficient, affable nature, Juliane has built lasting relationships, with all whom she has worked. From topflight entertainers to politicians, and everyone in between, Juliane is renowned for her efficacy and customer centric nature. Quality and attention to detail are the hallmarks of every project on which she has worked.
Juliane is well-respected in the production industry for her unparalleled professionalism and high standards. She is also knownas ancommitted and devoted mom of two daughters. Bia Productions greatly benefits from her ability to breathe life and luster into our events and video programs.
Ruschelle Graham-Mignott has decades of success in sales and customer service, in various industries. She has worked and excelled in retail, media, and healthcare. Ruschelle has excelled through putting clients and customers first. She is always that person who clients and customers ask for by name (even when she is no longer directly responsible for their care or service!).
Ruschelle is known for her amazing people personality and skills, and she has been the ‘right hand’ to our Founder for event execution for over fifteen years. Her management skills ensure that her team is always prepared and ready to exceed goals and expectations.
